On Friday, students of the country have taken to Twitter trending a #PostponeJEE_NEETSept asking the govt of India to further postpone the NEET and JEE examination Which is scheduled to take place in September 2020. The earlier dates of the NEET examinations were July 2020, which was cancelled by the MHRD ministry, govt of India.
” The examination should be postponed because the Covid19 cases are rising day by day. To our astonishment, Indian recorded 55,000 cases and this is alarming, My place where my centre is located, it is a containment zone, and the journey is 150 km from my place of residence” said Furquan Ilyas who is to appear for the NEET examination this year.
There is no official statements from the ministry of human resource development regarding the same.
” There are a lot of cases in my city, I have to travel back to 200 km for my centre and the centre is also in a containment zone, this is making my family tensed, and it is worrisome for all us,” said Divya Prakash a Neet aspirant who is also scheduled to sit for the examination this year.
The twitter hashtag got a hefty amount of demands from all over the country and it is trending all over the country on Twitter. Some of the topmost retweets and liked tweets of the students and individuals are as follows.

In India Examination is more important than Health. #IPL is not possible to conduct in India, But the examinations are 100% possible to Conduct in India.
Life of Sportsperson is more expensive than the Student's life.
